Milan Shopping reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice and you agree to be bound by modifications, alterations or updates. Such varied terms and conditions shall automatically apply to the use of this website from the date of publication.

We use PayPal as a secure server for your purchase. PayPal accepts most credit cards and Amex. You can order online with confidence as the electronic transfer of payment details is always carried out via an encrypted connection.

RIGHT TO CANCEL -  ORDERS FACE TO FACE
When you place an order with us at an event for a not personalized item to be made for you, you are given a printed version of our T&C and a Right To Cancel Form.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days from the day the order has been placed. If you want to cancel your order please fill in the Right To Cancel Form and post it to our address: Milan Shopping, 2 Lansdowne Row, London W1J 6HL, UK 

Please refer to the section PERSONALIZED ORDERS if you placed an order with modifications to your item.

RETURN POLICY - ONLINE PURCHASE 
We have a 100% guarantee customer satisfaction.

You have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after you received your item. Please contact us in writing at mail@milanshopping.co.uk before you make any returns. 

Products are returnable at customer's expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Any item purchased must be returned to our office address. Provided the goods have never been used, are free from any damage and have all tags attached, you are eligible to be refunded in full within 10 working days.

If the item returned comes back damaged due to insufficient packaging and parceling, we have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund.

RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
If you return a faulty good withing 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair of the item.

RETURN OF GOODS NOT BOUGHT ONLINE AND IN PERFECT CONDITIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
If you return an item not bought online that is new, unused and in perfect conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a credit note for the value of the same.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS
On goods made to your specifications where you choose a colour not available in our colourchart, a combination of two or three colours for the weave or you ask for minor modifications not offered as standard, e.g. metal feet, different length of handles, adding a strap or the item has been personalized with your initials anywhere on the item, the 14 days cooling off period does not apply.

Personalized goods are non excheangable.

If personalized goods are delivered as described and are in good conditions they cannot be refunded. When the item ordered is personalized, your right to return it after 14 days you received it does not apply.

FREE REPAIRS GUARANTEE
Should there be any failure in the stitching, woven strips or the hardware, we will rectify the matter free of charge within the first six months of purchase (proof of purchase date is required).

Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however we can still repair for a quoted fee.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Goods are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come basis. Full payment is required when placing your order with Milan Shopping.  All products are hand-inspected before they leave our premises to ensure the utmost quality.

NATURE OF LEATHER AND COLOUR CHART
There may be small marks on the surface of the leather due to the very nature of the product. These are not considered faults. In fact, it is these characteristics that allow you to tell the difference between genuine leather and imitations.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation and we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

SHIPPING 
We aim to deliver within the next 3 working days in the UK.
Please let us know if you want an urgent delivery.
 
For Europe and the Rest of the World please allow minimum 10 working days. 

For made to order goods please allow up to 12/16 weeks before items are ready to be despatched.
