Milan Shopping reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice, and you agree to be bound by modifications, alterations or updates. Such varied terms and conditions shall automatically apply to the use of this website from the date of publication.

 

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Milan Shopping website is available only to individuals who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Milan Shopping, who have authorised us to process a charge/s on their credit/debit card.

Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Milan Shopping reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to one postal address.

By making an offer to purchase our online products you authorize Milan Shopping to perform credit checks, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card and to obtain credit/debit card authorization.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use your personal information provided by you to conduct anti fraud checks.

 

ORDERS

All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability.

Items in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Milan Shopping offers online products made to order by clicking the button ‘Contact Us to Order’ and in stock by clicking the button ‘Add to Shopping Bag’.

By placing a made to order purchase you make an advance payment for a product that will be handcrafted and shipped to you at a later date. Milan Shopping will inform you on the delivery time for the made to order item you purchased.

Customers placing advance payments orders will receive items in priority to customers ordering through the site for immediate delivery.

Milan Shopping may be unable to deliver a made to order item due to production problems or quality check issues when we receive the stock. If an online made to order item has become unavailable, we will notify you by email and refund you the full advance payment.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you placed an order on our website, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.  This email only confirms that we received your order.

Acceptance of your order – unless you cancel it –  will be when we email you to confirm your good/s has been shipped.

Milan Shopping reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that:

  1. We are unable to obtain authorization for payment
  2. Shipping restrictions apply to a particular item
  3. The item does not satisfy our quality control standards
  4. You – as a customer – do not meet the eligibility criteria as set in our T&C.
  5. At our sole discretion, we may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason, to anyone at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any merchandise from our site.

 

Whilst every care is taken to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may discover an error from time to time. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible about a product you ordered. We shall be under no obligation to process an order that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you already paid for the good/s, we will refund you the full amount within 10 working days.

 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on our site are in GBP, Euros or US Dollars and are inclusive of VAT.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes or other commercial factors.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU – Duty Delivery Unpaid – are advised to contact their local custom authority prior to purchase to determine the landed cost price of the item/s they intend to purchase.

If you hold a credit/debit card not in GBP, Euros or US Dollar, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate of the day.

We use Paypal as secure payment gateway for your purchases. We accepts most credit cards and Amex. You can order online with confidence as the electronic transfer of payment details is always carried out via an encrypted connection.

When selecting PayPal as a payment option, you will be directed to the PayPal site Log In. Once the PayPal transaction is completed, you will return to MilanShopping.co.uk.

You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use such credit/debit card.

Under the law in England you have the following rights:

  1. That any product/s you order through this site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this site;
  2. Certain remedies if a product is defective;
  3. A right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product and receive a full refund – or a credit note, where applicable – even if the product is not defective

 

OUR RETURN POLICY – GENERAL

You have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after you received your item. Please contact us before you make any returns.

Products are returnable at customer’s expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery method.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Provided the goods have never been used, are free from any damage and have all tags attached, you are eligible to be refunded in full within 10 working days.

If the item returned comes back damaged due to insufficient packaging and parceling, we have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund.

 

RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASE

You have the right to return our goods within 14 days from the day after you received your item.

In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

 

RETURNS OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you return a faulty good within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a free repair of the item.

 

RETURN OF GOODS NOT BOUGHT ONLINE, IN PERFECT CONDITIONS AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you return an item not bought online that is new, unused and in perfect conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are entitled to a credit note for the value of the same.

 

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

On goods made to your specifications, e.g. you request alterations, choose a colour not in our colour chart, a weave combination of two or three colours or ask for minor modifications not offered as standard, e.g. metal feet, different length of handles, extra strap or any part of the item has been personalized with your initials, the 14 days cooling off period does not apply.

If personalized goods are dispatched as described and are in good, unused conditions they are non exchangeable nor refundable.

When the item ordered is personalized, your right to return it after 14 days you received it does not apply.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL –  ORDER BY ‘FACE-TO-FACE INTERACTION’

When you place an order with us at an event for a not personalized item to be made for you, you will receive a printed version of our Terms & Conditions and a Right to Cancel Form.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day the order has been placed. If you want to cancel your order please fill in the Right To Cancel Form and post it to our address:

FREE REPAIRS GUARANTEE

Should there be any failure in the item for stitching, woven strips or the hardware, we will rectify the matter free of charge within the first six months of purchase – proof of purchase date required.

Please note, we cannot be responsible for tears, abrasions or damage from misuse; however we can still repair for a quoted fee.

Please contact us stating the nature of the problem. We will reply as soon as possible to help you rectify the problem.

Products are returnable at customer’s expense. Please use a signed for postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

 

NATURE OF LEATHER AND COLOUR CHART

There may be small marks on the surface of the leather due to the very nature of the product. These are not considered faults. In fact, it is these characteristics that allow you to tell the difference between genuine leather and imitations.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation and we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

PO BOX DELIVERY

Please note: we cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address. We cannot dispatch your order without a contact number for delivery. A phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges, if applicable.

 

FAILED DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and which we will deliver to is incorrect. We will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

We always dispatch using a signed for delivery method. For made to order goods we will inform before you how many weeks it will take for the item to be ready.
